functions and meetings
1. No car needed. Walking distance from the fun filled Espanola Way, the promenade of Lincoln Road with plenty of restaurants and shops and most
importantly a brisk walk to the beach...Please notice that parking is limited in Miami Beach and paid parking is required after 6 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.
2. Historical Building. Formely known Arlington Court Apartments, circa 1925 Mediterranean Revival style. We are located in the heart of south beach Flamingo Park/Espanola Way,
the famous historical art deco district. In Miami Beach four of the local districts (Espanola Way, Collins / Washington Avenues, Museum, and Flamingo Park) comprise the National
Register Art Deco District. Three architectural styles are predominant in Miami Beach — Art Deco, Mediterranean Revival and MiMo (Miami Modernism.) To this mix has been added a new
group of buildings designed by Contemporary architects carrying on in the tradition of what we now recognize as the Miami Beach School of Architecture. These buildings taken together
create a unique Open Air Museum of 20th Century Architecture, making our city’s renown for 20th Century architecture.
